Amy Bath is the President of MindRight Counselling & Consulting. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Amy has worked with the Government of Alberta, Vancouver School District, and various not-for-profit agencies in providing therapy to children, youth, individuals, and families. She uses a bio-psycho-social model in understanding client issues at hand and developing treatment plans that help them meet their goals for therapy. She uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help her clients with their progress.
Amy is well-skilled in dealing with relationships between couples and families. She’s experienced in helping people recognizing blocks that exist in communication to help couples become more empathic and closer to each other. Furthermore, she helps people struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
